Return Policy

At Ciara & Rose, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

 

1. Return Period

You have the right to request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

  • Not show signs of excessive wear, washing, damage, or misuse

Trying on items for fit and inspection is permitted. However, products must remain in resellable condition.

To help us maintain fair pricing and support a more sustainable shopping experience, we kindly ask customers to avoid intentionally ordering multiple variations or sizes of the same product with the intention of returning part of the order. Where excessive or repeated partial-return patterns are identified, we reserve the right to refuse return requests in accordance with this policy. 

It is not permitted to initiate or register a return request before the order has been delivered and received by the customer. Any return request submitted prior to delivery will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid under this policy. 

2. How to Request a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Your full name

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as the return address may differ from the shipping address shown on your package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping including any customs charges or postage costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost during transit.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. International Return Facility

Although Ciara & Rose operates from Ireland, returned items may be processed through our international return facility in Asia.

This specialized return center allows us to efficiently inspect returned products and reduce unnecessary waste by ensuring eligible items can be responsibly reused, recycled, or donated where possible. This approach helps support a more sustainable fulfillment process.

For this reason, the return address may differ from our business or shipping address.

5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet the return conditions

  • Show signs of use beyond normal inspection

  • Are returned damaged due to improper packaging by the customer

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge before they have been processed for shipment.

Due to our automated fulfillment process, once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the purchase.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party appointed by you, receives the goods.

Returned items must still comply with the return conditions stated in this policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
