At Ciara & Rose Dublin, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all relevant information regarding our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time (Dispatch)
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the average delivery time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- High demand periods
- Public holidays
- Customs clearance procedures
- Logistical delays outside our control
3. Shipping Method & Origin
To reduce waste and minimize CO₂ emissions, many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier in China.
As a result, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and size
- Selected shipping method
The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed before payment.
5. Tracking & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking link provided via email.
This includes:
- Tracking the parcel’s progress
- Checking whether the parcel is delivered to a pickup point if applicable
- Collecting the parcel on time if required

6. Delivery Responsibility
Once tracking shows that an order has been marked as delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
