These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Ciara & Rose Dublin, and reachable via info@ciara-rose.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and all related policies.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or services.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate and up to date.
However:
- Product colors may slightly vary depending on screen settings
- Minor typographical, pricing, or descriptive errors may occur
- No rights can be derived from obvious mistakes or inaccuracies
We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders are only processed once full payment has been received.
Available payment methods may include: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Shop Pay, depending on the customer’s country or region.
Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available in their location before completing a purchase.
4. Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped according to the following timeframes:
- Processing time (dispatch): 1–3 business days
- Shipping time after dispatch: 1–7 business days (depending on destination)
Orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. As a result:
- Customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or logistical delays
Delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.
5. Returns and Cancellations
All return conditions are described in our separate Return Policy.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and are being processed
- Refunds or chargebacks cannot be initiated before the product has been received and evaluated
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage once a parcel has been marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Our liability is limited at all times to a maximum of the purchase price of the relevant product.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, branding, and design elements, is the property of Ciara & Rose Dublin and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
8. Complaints Procedure
Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@ciara-rose.com.
We aim to respond within 5 business days.
For complaints regarding size, quality, or product defects, customers must include:
- Clear photos of the issue
- A detailed written explanation
Without sufficient information, complaints may not be processed.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where Ciara & Rose Dublin is established, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
